Adds a draft narration script for the "Video series: Intro" video requested in #95.
scripts/01-intro.mdis a 4–6 minute walkthrough targeted at someone who wants to contribute to OpenTelemetry but doesn't know where to start. Each section has an "On screen" note for what to show and the narration to go with it.Sections map to the topics in the issue:
