In addition, we can now define the cpu utilization metrics for Pods too. Full set of candidate metrics:
k8s.pod.cpu.limit.*k8s.pod.cpu.request.*k8s.pod.cpu.limit.utilizationk8s.pod.cpu.request.utilization
