Summary
Require
utopia-php/client: ^0.4instead of the previous 0.2/0.3 range. No dual ranges or version aliases.Refresh the tracked lockfile to Client 0.4.3 and its required Pools 2.1.2, PSR-7 0.2.2, and Telemetry 0.4.9 dependencies. SDK APIs are unchanged. A release is needed before downstream applications can resolve this constraint.
