Fixed

• The in-app ad blocker now actually blocks. Two compounding defects kept
  it from doing its job:
  • Real filter lists are bundled with the app. The blocker previously
    fetched EasyList/EasyPrivacy/uBO lists from the network on first run and
    silently degraded to a ~40-domain list when that fetch failed. The lists
    are now fetched at build time by scripts/fetch-filter-lists.mjs, shipped
    in every installer, and parsed locally, so the packaged app has full
    coverage with no runtime network dependency. The serialized engine cache is
    keyed to the list contents and stale caches are pruned, so a refreshed
    bundle can never reuse an engine built from an older one.
  • Reopening the Browser page no longer silently disables blocking.
    Electron keeps a single webRequest listener per event per session, and the
    fallback listener was re-registered on every webview attach, replacing the
    engine's own listener. Because the engine's enable call is idempotent, the
    replacement then deferred to an engine listener that no longer existed.
    The fallback now registers once per session.

Added

• The custom blocklist accepts real filter syntax. Alongside hosts-file and
  plain-domain entries, the custom list now accepts uBlock Origin / EasyList
  rules (network and cosmetic), so pointing it at a real filter list does
  something instead of silently ignoring every line.
