OpamFilename.parse_patchas an abstraction overOpamSystem.parse_patch(nowOpamPatch.parse_patch) but in the process changed its type and name fromtranslate:_ optiontodir:_. As translation is an optional component of parsing it should be kept as-is, so this PR changes that.
