Add a remote Shipvela catalog entry for creating website projects, publishing supported GitHub repositories, and inspecting deployment status, build logs and usage.

Submitted on behalf of Stefan Mitrovic, Shipvela's founder and maintainer, with Codex assistance. The integration is a directly distributed beta; the public plugin/skill repository is https://github.com/stefanautomateed/shipvela-codex and the application runtime source is private.

repoURL and the early description link point to the provider's setup and permissions documentation: https://shipvela.com/integrations/codex . The endpoint is https://shipvela.com/mcp, uses Streamable HTTP, and supports public account signup. Per-user access uses OAuth dynamic registration and S256 PKCE; no static headers or credentials belong in the catalog entry.

Read-only public checks on October 4, 2026:

• Endpoint initialize returns HTTP 401 and a Bearer resource_metadata challenge.
• Protected-resource metadata identifies this endpoint and https://shipvela.com as its issuer.
• Authorization metadata returns HTTP 200 and advertises a registration endpoint and S256 PKCE.
• The exact icon URL returns HTTP 200, image/png, with a non-empty body.
• No private tokens, OAuth registrations, user accounts or provider writes were used in review.

Validation: all catalog YAML files parse with PyYAML; recursive Shipvela/hostname search found no existing entry; prior Shipvela issues/PRs were also searched. git diff --check passed. The Obot CLI is not installed locally, so the catalog's authoritative Go validation remains for this repository's CI. No Claude-directory ledger record is added because this is a direct provider submission.
