Simplify the research partner workflow

The research-partner skills still modeled three fixed target profiles, separate hypothesis iterations, and an outreach management schema that no longer matches the live Notion workflow.

This change aligns all three skills with the simpler operating loop: Goal → Segment rules → List → Review → Learning → Refinement → Outreach. It makes Source list the attribution path from outreach to segment and goal, standardizes the seven Company Brain headings, removes the obsolete company-context companion template, and keeps one shared workflow/schema contract so the skills cannot drift.

The final audit removed duplicated schemas, brittle tool-level instructions, repeated safety prose, and the rigid three-draft outreach pattern. The three skills plus shared contract are 1,447 words, down from 2,584 in the first revision.

Evaluation:

• six deterministic contract tests run in CI
• five model-based fixture cases cover all three skills
• the stabilized behavioral suite passed 5/5 in one clean run
• the previously variable completed-review case then passed three consecutive runs
• fixtures exercise canonical dashboard reuse, partial review continuation, completed-review refinement, Source-list attribution, and connector-versus-target outcomes
• a live smoke used a disposable noticed team and duplicated Notion dashboard to verify the Company Brain, Segments, Lists, review configuration, and attributed unsent Outreach flow
• no customer workspace was changed and no message was sent

Validation:

• quick_validate.py passes for all three skills
• relative references and plugin registration pass
• python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v passes
• git diff --check passes
