Summary

When WebDAV corrects a cached file size during a download, it refreshes the node. The refresh drops the user part of the path, so the encryption check can fail to find the parent folder and return HTTP 500.

Use the same path conversion as the constructor when refreshing files and folders. This follows up on the review of #36774.

Both new cases reproduce the missing path prefix on master. With the fix, all 571 DAV connector tests pass.
