browser: clicking on office file tries to open collabora, fails

Steps to reproduce

1. click on office file in e2ee folder
2. collabora starts - infinite loading spinner

expected

either nothing happens, or info "files can currently not be edited in the browser in e2ee folders"

Or do you mean rather the apps webui frontend?
