Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability to set defaults for new announcements.
Example: Having a settings section (similar to other Nextcloud apps) in the lower left with options to set defaults to enable/disable notifications, emails, create activities, allow comments.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
This came about because sometimes I'll post an announcement, but I don't mean to send notifications about it.
The Clear Notifications is a life-saver in these cases!
This is a wonderful app, thank you so much for all the great work you've already done!
