No `setSize` method for `Dialog`

NcDialog does provide a size attribute we should be able to use for dynamically generated dialogs done with builder.

Do you have a use case for another size?
Because the builder only allows simple text only dialogs and I can currently not think of any dialog created that needs to be bigger 😅

To chime in, I would like to be able to set the max-width, so long text won't cause a super wide toast. But it's not a very important feature because we could always set isHTML = true and limit the content width this way.
