There a lot of missing configuration items that are specified in [the config file](https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-java-agent/blob/main/newrelic-agent/src/main/resources/newrelic.yml) (included in Agent zip binary) but not described in [the doc](https://github.com/newrelic/docs-website/blob/develop/src/content/docs/apm/agents/java-agent/configuration/java-agent-configuration-config-file.mdx). A customer is confusing how to use these missing configurations.
