Adds optional amber fleet-bar highlights when cargo exceeds protection and an estimated time to OPC below mining status, on Windows and macOS.
Indicators share cargo samples with MinerOPC alerts, invalidate samples on cargo changes, and clear per-fleet render state when pooled widgets are reused. Mac hook families validate signatures and target uniqueness; incomplete installation leaves callbacks inactive.
Depends on #268, which uses the Fleet Watch foundation already in dev through merged #255 and audio cues (#253).
Validation: Windows release build and example TOML validation passed. Earlier Mac ARM integration smoke confirmed indicators; Intel Mac runtime testing remains unconfirmed. Platform CI and exact feeder runtime evidence are tracked separately.
Uses the shared IL2CPP runtime invocation mechanics already in dev through merged #292. OPC-specific warning messages and the distinction between successful void calls and failures remain local.
The existing class-lookup guards are also in dev through merged #292.
