Connect from Control Center after another VPN was used - #243
Conversation
…ntents iOS disables NetBird's VPN configuration when another VPN app connects. The Control Center toggle, the home screen widget and the Connect shortcut then failed to start the tunnel until the app was opened, since only the app re-enabled the configuration. They now enable it first, as the app does.
When another VPN app takes over, iOS stops NetBird's tunnel while the app is usually not running. Only the app refreshed the Control Center toggle, so it kept showing NetBird as connected and the next tap disconnected instead of connecting. The extension now refreshes it too, as it already did for the home screen widget.

Description
Fixes #242.
When another VPN app connects, iOS disables NetBird's VPN configuration. The app turns it back on before connecting, but the Control Center toggle, the home screen widget and the Connect shortcut did not, so starting the tunnel from them failed silently until the app was opened. They now enable the configuration first, the same way the app does.
A second, related problem showed up while testing: when another VPN takes over, iOS stops NetBird's tunnel while the app is usually not running. Only the app refreshed the Control Center toggle, so it kept showing NetBird as connected, and the next tap sent a disconnect instead of a connect. The network extension now refreshes the toggle too, as it already did for the home screen widget.
Testing
Tested on an iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 27.0) with Tailscale as the other VPN, using a locally re-signed build, and checked the device's system log for each step:
The unit tests pass on the simulator.
