When rendering values created with the LinkEditor in Fusion, internal URIs
(e.g. ``node://<uuid>`` or ``asset://<uuid>``) must be converted to public URLs.

This can be done by adding the ``@process.convertUris = Neos.Neos:ConvertUris`` processor.
