Make HomepageTeaserBlock more versatile

Description

Currently, the HomepageTeaserBlock was created in a way where the 360 icon will always appear. This severely limits its use, especially when other content that is not the Virtual Tour needs to be featured.

Note: part of the solution could be CMS-based, but the component itself needs to allow for the flexibility.

For now, let's set it to true to be backwards compatible. We might want to rethink this in the future, though, as the icon seems more of an edge-case need.
