TODO: we still need to make the trie render better.
And a minor height fix. Mistakes were made, my friends.
TODO: resize handler duplicative + doesn't work.
This includes a potentially dubious int overflow fix (AI told me to)

All data driving the frontend should now be covered

This is another round of big changes.
This PR will evolve over time to use the data structures I anticipate using long-term.
The first commit here updates French data and adds coverage graphs.
Next up is inverted tries, sankey diagrams, and sunbursts.
Then all the rest of the data can be updated using
scripts/v2.
