- Clarify BitBIRCH-Lean’s purpose and workflow in the README overview.
- Add a hands-on quick-start example with chembl smiles that covers fingerprint generation and clustering with bb.
- Document how to inspect clusters.pkl outputs and highlight other helpful CLI commands.
