This PR fixes two small issues with the flare docs by adding links to root sample pages to the sidebar and fixing the auto scrolling to them on page reload.
Testing
Open the
/flare-docs/page, verify the links to root sample pages are present, click on one of them, enable inline mode, and reload the page to see that the open page is still the same.
