Description
This updates the website from jQuery 2.1.1 to 3.7.1 because URSA reports the existing asset as a vulnerable JavaScript library. It adds jQuery Migrate 3.6.0 before Foundation so the existing Foundation 5.3.0 integration continues to support the older jQuery APIs it uses.
