Modrinth Mod Update API broken on newer Modrinth App

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.21.5

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

Error fetching URL: HTTP status client error (403 Forbidden) for url (https://api.modrinth.com/v2/version_files)
The update API for Modrinth mods is forbidden, causing it to not update mods

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your instance
2. Try and update any mod

Expected behavior

It should update the mod(s) when you try to update them
