Using custom license names with "All Rights Reserved/No license" doesn't work anymore

Describe the bug

When using the "All Rights Reserved/No license" license option, and trying to save a custom name inside of the License URL text field, you get this error:
An error occurred field license_url failed validation with error: invalid URL

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to License
2. Select the "All Rights Reserved/No license" license
3. Type something like "My License" inside of the License URL text field
4. Save, and receive this error: An error occurred field license_url failed validation with error: invalid URL

Expected behavior

Right under the License URL text field, it is explained that "...If you don't provide a link, the license text will be displayed instead.", so it seems like this feature doesn't work as intended anymore.

https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/fresh-animations and many other projects on modrinth have custom license names which don't say "ARR"

License URL text field must be valid URL format only if you don't have you can leave it blank

How are you supposed to replace the "ARR" text with something like this then? If I leave it blank, all it'll show is just "ARR" and I don't want to give off the impression that my projected is licensed as All Rights Reserved.

you can Select Custom license and enter your license name and URL for your license

Is there no way to avoid using a link and instead just referencing to the license in the project description anymore? It seems like this was a thing you could do in the past. I'm not sure how Fresh Animations was able to avoid using an external link for their license and just use raw text to mention that their license was in the description.

Links have always been required for custom licenses, there has occasionally been bugs where this requirement wasn't enforced automatically.
