It comes from QT upstream. Not from VCPKG upstream. |

In terms of this PR yes. The issue is that the patch went to 6.9.2 and VCPG sticks with 6.9.1. So it is probably straight forward to contribute the 6.9.2 update to vcpkg upstream. |
