…ened The two pull requests that were stalled on 2026-07-30 have both merged, so the three-way owner decision the note described never had to be made: the queue was empty when this version was submitted as microsoft/winget-pkgs#413363. Also records the two traps this pass hit - a tag push that started no workflow at all, and wingetcreate refusing to submit until a fork sync that the token cannot perform - together with the paths that worked around each.
