fancyargumentparserfrom 1.0.3 to 1.0.4.1.0.4 fixes a dropped custom-validator-message bug and adds
choices/pattern/default_valuefields to the argument specs. The port stays header-only (installsargparse.h).Validation (Windows / x64-windows):
./vcpkg install fancyargumentparser— source downloads, SHA512 verifies, installsargparse.h+ copyright, post-build validation passes../vcpkg x-add-version fancyargumentparserre-run reports no changes, so the version database matches the committed port.Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
SHA512s are updated for each downloaded asset.
The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
The version database is fixed by rerunning
./vcpkg x-add-version --alland committing the result.Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.
