TypeScript 7.0.2 cannot currently be used cleanly with our TypeScript-ESLint dependencies. @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser only support TypeScript versions >=4.8.4 <6.1.0, which causes npm’s ERESOLVE error.

For now, we should keep our TypeScript version and wait until TypeScript-ESLint officially supports TypeScript 7.
Using --force or --legacy-peer-deps would only bypass validation and could result in unreliable linting.
