fix: keep Add Hub board menu labels visible (#6) - #7

Pass explicit menu_options labels so the five board choices stay readable when a YAML Modbus hub named nilan blanks domain translations. Add Danish config strings and clearer Compact P GEO / NCS-700 board guidance.
