The address lookup table EDDSpjZHrsFKYTMJDcBqXAjkLcu9EKdvrQR4XnqsXErH referenced by the aTokenCreateIdempotentMsg fixture no longer exists on Solana mainnet, causing 5 tests across 4 files to fail with "Failed to find address lookup table account".

Changes

• app/__tests__/mocks.ts — Added getMockAddressLookupTable(key) that returns a pre-built AddressLookupTableAccount for known fixture keys without any RPC call. The map can be extended as other lookup tables get deactivated.
