How do you expect your fellow group members to participate?

Show up to class, Recognize common goal learning and doing at the same time, try not to move ahead too much before plan is made. Be diplomatic. 

What is the role of respect, cooperation, mutual trust, and openness in this group?

These are all important aspects of achieving our goals of learning and doing, so embodying these traits is worthwhile. Being comfortable asking and answering questions is highly encouraged. Thought processes should be open. 

If group members disagree on how to approach the in-class assignment, how will that conflict be handled?

Disagreements should be opened up to the whole group. Majority rules, but time should be given to explain the logic behind certain viewpoints.

Should you use GenAI at all during group work? What are expectations of Using GenAI?

GenAI should generally be a last resort if the whole group does not understand something. When GenAI is used, it should be a guider of thinking, not a giver of answers. Ex: "Act as a socratic administrator, and do not just give me the answer, but guide me through the process...". Don't put personal information into LLMs, of yourself and especially not of your groupmates.
