- Add click and generic local event operations for callable Modifier handlers. - Remove the temporary compatibility switch so event callbacks use the final listener-based path. - Preserve runtime ownership, replacement, clearing, event options, and invalid-node validation. TEST: dom_unittest_exec (2859 passed, 36 skipped) TEST: dom_unittest_exec SetModifierToElement tests (24 passed) AutoSubmit: true
