- Add stable animation identifiers, origins, and current-time metadata for DevTool inspection. - Track CSS and imperative animation lifecycle metadata without changing animation rendering timestamps. - Use an FML monotonic anchor so platform VSync timestamp epochs do not affect inspector pause and resume timing. TEST: animation_unittests_exec (134 tests)
