- What changed: Added a new cpp feature enum element_clone via tools/feature_count/specification.yaml, and count it in FiberCloneElement, the entry of the __CloneElement element API. - Why it was needed: Measure whether element clone is actually used. If the feature counter of the next release shows no usage, the element clone related logic will be removed. TEST: rtf native-ut render_function_tests_exec, 4 FiberCloneElement tests passed. AutoLand: release/4.2
