- Propagate the ignore-focus property to platform event targets, constrain inheritance to each event root, and record first-pointer target and renderer-host metadata.
- Delegate focus transitions to platform UI objects: use hit-tested UIView behavior on iOS and resolve LynxBaseUI, renderer UI hosts, or renderer-host views on Android after ACTION_UP.
- Remove the legacy shared focus state in favor of per-event focus metadata and platform-owned focus transitions.

TEST: git lynx check; Android androidTest Java compilation
