Submit a PR to yallop/effects-bibliography

yallop/effects-bibliography is a pretty interesting repository with many resources.

The FM2018 paper has already been submitted by a tier, and that is awesome. However, the “Software” section currently does not mention FreeSpec.

I would like to submit a PR to fix that as soon as we have a bit more documentation and #4 has been merged.

#4 has been committed to master, so we can focus on finishing the clean-up of the codebase and writing the missing pieces of documentation.
