Add storeNodes to NetworkPresetConf and fill it for every preset: - twn: the three waku.test nodes - logos.dev: the six delivery nodes - logos.test: the six node hosts - status.prod: the six store hosts - status.staging: the two do-ams3 store hosts

storeNodestoNetworkPresetConfand filled it for every preset:twn: the 3waku.testnodeslogos.dev: the 6delivery-0Xnodeslogos.test: the 6node-0Xnodesstatus.prod: the 6store-0Xnodesstatus.staging: the 2store-0X.do-ams3nodesAI-made decisions
waku2store bit forwaku.testand the Status fleets, and infra-logos group vars (storeenabled on thedeliveryandnodegroups) forlogos.devandlogos.test.status.staginghas 2 store nodes, not the 6 in status-go'sfleets.go: thegc-us-central1-aandac-cn-hongkong-cstaging hosts are gone from the fleet and from DNS.twn,logos.devandlogos.testrather than sharing a constant: the two roles can diverge.
