fix: preserve Cartesia inference timestamp spacing

[chenghao-mou]

Behavior: Cartesia inference returns word-alignment tokens without separators. Append a separator before these tokens enter the timed-transcript pipeline so captions and chat history remain readable. Other providers and character alignments keep their existing wire text.
