Updates `pkg/osd-font.ttf` to include 17 custom character glyphs mapped to the Unicode Private Use Area (PUA) range U+E000 - U+E010. This is a required asset update for the upcoming "Matrix Digital Rain" menu screensaver feature in RetroArch. libretro/RetroArch#19152

This PR updates
pkg/osd-font.ttfto add 17 custom character glyphs into the Unicode Private Use Area (PUA) rangeU+E000toU+E010.Purpose
This is a companion asset update required for the "Matrix Digital Rain" menu screensaver feature submitted to the main RetroArch repository.
Related Pull Request
These custom glyphs are isolated within the PUA range to ensure they do not interfere with standard ASCII font rendering.
