Superseded by the multi-directory Dependabot policy merged in #14. TypeScript is shared by the root and web packages, so its major migration must be evaluated as one coordinated change. TypeScript 7 also introduces the native compiler transition; we will use the TypeScript 6 compatibility bridge and migration diagnostics before advancing both package roots together.
