Adds a musl/Alpine build to the release workflow so the moonshine-server bundle runs on musl-based Linux (Alpine). The upstream PyInstaller bundles are glibc-only, so the musl variant is built from source (onnxruntime + libmoonshine core) and published as
moonshine-server-<version>-linux-musl-x64.tar.gz(plus arm64).Downstream consumer: lemonade-sdk/lemonade#2539, which selects these musl assets when running on a musl host.
