[Bug] Missing `icon.ico` and dual `appvar.json`

Here are 2 oversights I noticed after the workspace change made on #69

• beans can no longer locate the icon file warning: beans@1.7.4: icon.ico not found. Not embedding icon
• There are now 2 appvar.json files. 1 in app, the other in beans-core
