feat: complete Arc mainnet payment verification

Summary

Completes the Arc mainnet payment-verification work recovered from the local Work session.

• adds server-side payment proof verification
• validates network, transaction result, sender, recipient and transferred amount
• preserves pending transactions for safe re-checks without sending a new payment
• adds payment receipts and separates displayed product price from the proof amount
• updates live Arc network/health handling
• adds mainnet readiness and payment proof documentation/examples
• adds payment-proof and E2E coverage

Validation

• npm test: 21/21 passing
• npm run build: production build successful
