Serialize 4 new secondary role advanced strategy fields that were previously only settable via macro set commands: TriggerByMouse, AcceptTriggersFromSameHalf, MinimumHoldTime, and TimeoutType. Also reinterpret TriggeringEvent as UInt8 (was Bool) to support the None value, and add NoOp to the TimeoutAction enum. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This reverts commit b811b9c.
On Windows after pairing and left connected with cable, the device shows as "UHK 80 Right NUS", which is confusing for the user.
