Fold-transversal surface code cultivation

src has code to generate some sample fault-distance 3 $|Y\rangle$-state cultivation circuits. Only stabilizer-based escape is supported for now. Some utility functions in this folder are lifted from the original magic state cultivation Zenodo repository.

data has sinter outputs from sampling circuit variants we tried, along with results from previous literature.

handoff_run_3err has code to run a fault-distance 3 handoff circuit with stabilizer based escape. It takes two command line arguments, the first being a $p$ value (in units of 1e-3), and the second being a task_number, used to parallelize the file on an HPC.
