PDF component

There's a bunch of PDF-making code in the [Credit Calculator](https://github.com/jcu-eresearch/advanced-standing/blob/master/webapp/src/components/ProcessCreditOptions.js#L223).

It might be useful if we extracted that into a "PDF with JCU Header" component.. maybe let the user specify string content for the header, sidebar, and main content areas?
