Summary

  • Exclude Circle Gateway offers from managed and external-wallet buyer selection.
  • Reject direct preparation and Gateway offers returned by external selection before creating a transaction or signing.
  • Preserve compatible offers in mixed responses and distinguish Gateway-only responses from other unsupported offers.
  • Use the existing unsupported-capability code with an explanatory message.

Validation

  • make verify passed, including race-enabled tests, coverage checks, documentation, and consumer compilation.
  • All seven shared conformance suites passed against the current local inflow-specs revision during the initial implementation.
  • Regression tests cover direct preparation, HTTP rejection without paid replay, mixed managed/external routing through the foundation client, selection policies, caller-data preservation, and the error code and message.
  • git diff --check passed.

No seller/facilitator changes, timeout-policy changes, dependency updates, or live payments.
