1. Waypoint: GitHub activity tracer showing everything a user does in real time: every push, commit, branch, issue, and comment, even when their activity is hidden. Cut repeat traces from seconds to sub-100 ms via ETag caching and request pooling.
2. Critique: GenAI platform that judges a developer's real skill by aggregating GitHub, LeetCode, Codeforces, and resume data into one persona, then delivers feedback in 5 tones from brutal roast to guided improvement.
3. Mooc Mate: University-aligned quiz platform with 2,100+ visitors and 8,800+ page views.
