tool/sub-tool子模块指向的commit b7dbfc0未推送，git submodule update --init 失败

3.0 分支中tool/sub-tool的submodule指针指向 b7dbfc04c244ec65f17701ecd982b49efb015bf7，但 hq450/sub-tool远端仓库中不存在该 commit，导致初始化子模块都会失败。

复现步骤
git clone -b 3.0 https://github.com/hq450/fancyss.git
cd fancyss
git submodule update --init

报错：
fatal: remote error: upload-pack: not our ref b7dbfc04c244ec65f17701ecd982b49efb015bf7
fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly
Fetched in submodule path 'tool/sub-tool', but it did not contain b7dbfc04c244ec65f17701ecd982b49efb015bf7. Direct fetching of that commit failed.

看本仓库是5月20日更新了这个子仓的commit，但是子仓的最新提交直到5月13日。

@hq450 子仓的最新更新可以push一下吗？谢谢！
