The GeGe4Nephro dataset is managed in accordance with the FAIR Data Principles — Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable — to support responsible, transparent, and reproducible research.
The GeGe4Nephro Data Dictionary provides a standardized reference for understanding and interpreting the variables used in the GeGe4Nephro dataset.
It documents the structure and characteristics of the dataset, including variable names, descriptions, data types, and description.
The GeGe4Nephro project combines more than 20 years of kidney transplant data from Charite University Medicine Berlin and University Hospital Leipzig and includes donor-receipient demographics, clinical and laboratory longitudinal data, genetic, and epigenetic data. Since the dataset contains sensitive research data, the full dataset is not publicly downloadable. Instead, access is provided upon reasonable request to the authors/project team and is subject to approval and applicable data-use requirements.
