Update Android docs for notification_icon_color over color

Updated the notification documentation for the notification icon color.

• Updated to use notification_icon_color instead of color
• Added info block to inform about the old name

Maybe color should be marked deprecated so we can remove it entirely in the future?

We typically add a 'beta' label to changes so we can merge docs as soon as the Android change is merged. That might be confusing to explain for this one though, so I'm also fine with keeping this open until a new stable release with the change is available.

I think it would make the most sense to just merge this after stable since it's backwards compatible

@inukiwi The new shared live update/activity docs page also mentions this parameter, can you update that one as well to remove color?

@jpelgrom I've removed the color mentions and merged the iOS/Android split on notification_icon_color
