Summary

Adds PyInstaller packaging and CI release jobs for macOS (now-playing-macos) and Linux (now-playing-linux), matching the existing Windows now-playing-windows.exe flow.

Changes

  • packaging/ — New now-playing-linux.spec, now-playing-macos.spec, and platform entry modules (same one-file console binary pattern as Windows).
  • .github/workflows/release.yml — macos-latest and ubuntu-latest jobs build and upload dry-run artifacts on workflow_dispatch, and attach binaries to GitHub Releases on version tags (PyPI publish unchanged; not triggered by this PR).
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml — Builds now-playing-linux on every Linux CI run and runs --help to catch packaging regressions.
  • README.md — Download table and quick-start notes for all three OS binaries.

Verification

  • Local (Linux VM): pyinstaller --noconfirm packaging/now-playing-linux.spec → dist/now-playing-linux (~38MB), dist/now-playing-linux --help succeeds.
  • macOS binary is not built on Linux; it will be produced by the new macos-latest Release/CI job on GitHub Actions.

Not in scope

  • No playback UI changes; wallpaper-only behavior unchanged.
  • No secrets or PyPI publish from this PR.

Extend the Release workflow with macos-latest and ubuntu-latest jobs that
build now-playing-macos and now-playing-linux the same way as the existing
Windows exe. Document all three downloads in the README and verify the Linux
spec in CI.
